Hey, I'm Krissy!
I'm Kristina "KrissyTheHeartBeat" Williams—a leader, educator, entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, and community advocate committed to creating opportunities that transform lives. I am proud to serve as USOA Ms. Windy City 2026 and am currently competing for the title of Ms. Illinois, using this platform to champion leadership, service, and community impact.
For more than 20 years, I've worked in education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, helping individuals and organizations turn vision into opportunity.

It Started with One Question...
Why do so many talented people never get the opportunity to succeed?
Throughout my career, I've worked alongside students, young adults, entrepreneurs, and families. What I discovered wasn't a lack of talent—it was a lack of access.
People don't need to be rescued.
They need someone willing to build the bridge.
That realization became my life's work.
